** Aaj Saavan Maheenaa ke Poornimaa aa Raxaabandhan ke din ha. Ehee se hamaraa man me` ego prashna uThataa. [Today is the 'full Moon' day, last day of the month of 'Saawan' and the festival of 'Raxabandhan', a festival of the love between 'Sisters and Brothers. Due to this, a question has arisen in my mind.]
[Who is learned?] Pandit ke~?
[This is very nicely answered in the following Sanskrit 'Slo~k']:
Ekar uttar Sanskrit ke neece ke shlo~k me` baa:
"Maatrivat par daaresu, par dravyesu losTawat;
Atmawat Sarva bhootesu, ya: pashyati sa: Pa0IDita:."
"dusar ke aurat ke Maai jaisan,
dusar ke paisaa ke Dhelaa jaisan;
Sab jeevan ke apane jaisan,
je maanelaa uuhe PanDit holaa."
[One who looks other's wife as his Mother,
other's money as a lump of soil;
All beings (living or non-living) as himself,
is learned.]
Ham sab auratan ke aapan 'bahin' maaneni. Aaj 'Raxaabandhan' ha, eh se ham aaj Sansaar ke aapan sab 'bahin' khaatir shubh kaamanaa karataani aa unkar del 'Raakhi' haa`th me` baanhataani.
** Raxaabandhan ke AAP Dilli Sarkaar sab baheen ke subidhaa khaatir aaj DTC hariar aa naarangi basan me` subah 8 baje se raat 10 baje tak bhaaraa maaf kaile baa. [On the occasion of Raxabandhan for the covenience of all sisters, Delhi AAP Govt's DTC has allowed free ride between 8 AM to 10 PM on green and orange buses]
